This sweet boy has become one of my favourite TWH's that I've known to date. Isn't he gorgeous? Sorry, I can't remember everyone that I know who loves the TWH. :)

Just putting this out there in advance. Would you happen to have children (or know of anyone) who are very much into horses and speak a second language other than English?
And if so, do you (or the parents) speak a second language?
One of my future fun projects that I am looking to do in the late Fall or winter will involve two or three kids (prefer between ages 6 and 12).

As I'm sure many of you business owners out there will agree that finding good staff or individuals to help you out takes time.
It definitely doesn't happen overnight and in my opinion, the key to finding the right people is being patient and you will sometimes have to go through several candidates before finding the right one.
After months of searching, I am very confident that I have finally found my helper for my educational service (at least for now), as things can always change and this individual is planning on enrolling into the film and TV masters course at UBC next year.
Aside from that, I am very excited and looking forward to teaching and working closely with this talented individual.
So for you business owners, do you agree that finding the right individuals can often be quite the process?
