What You Receive With The Equine Photography: Commercial Package:
• The choice of Level 1 or Level 2 to choose from
• 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours of photography time (based on the package you choose)
• 5, 10 or 20 photos (based on the package you choose)
• A lifetime commercial license of your photos to share and use for business profit gain.
For Level 1: This includes usage on your website and email newsletter only.
For Level 2: This includes usage on your website, email newsletter, all advertising and marketing materials (brochures, business cards, posters, up to 12x18” prints, postcards, etc).
• High Res Digital Files:
For Level 1: All digital files are 300dpi processed JPEG images, sized at 4x6”
For Level 2: All files are 300dpi processed Hi-Res TIFF image’s, sized at 12x18” (value of over $175 per photo).
Also note, TIFF files are only available through my Commercial: Level 2 packages.
• Your choice of Equine Portraiture, Equine Show pictures, pictures showcasing your business or pictures of your facility/property.
- YES, you can mix and match as long as it fits within the supplied number of locations in your chosen package.
• The ability to print:
For Level 1: Make personal prints (up to 4x6”) for around your home or office.
For Level 2: Make prints (up to 12x18”) signs and banners for trade shows, events and expos - this includes signs, banners, posters, retractable banner stands, sandwich boards, foam boards, etc.

1) I show up on location 30 minutes prior to each booking. For example, if your booking is for 10:00AM, that means that I will show up at 9:30AM. I do this so that I can scout the location for the best spot(s) for us to work from and it gives me time to settle in.
2) It is up to YOU to have your horse(s) fully ready (caught, brought in to the barn, cleaned and groomed) and you to be in your full clothing attire before our set time. Your booking time is when we start TAKING PICTURES.

BOOKING
In order to guarantee your booking for a specific date:
For orders under $1000 (including taxes and any additional mileage if it applies), a 100% booking fee deposit (100% of the total quote that I provide you with) is due at time of booking. No exceptions.
For orders $1000 and over (including taxes and any additional mileage), a 50% booking fee deposit (50% of the total quote that I provide you with) is due at time of booking. No exceptions. The remaining 50% is due on the day of your booking.
Payments can be made via Email Money Transfer, PayPal, Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. No cheques.

The purpose of my booking fee is to give me a sense of the number of serious inquiries that I receive and also to cover my time and mileage if I was to drive out to a location and have it be a no-show or a very last minute cancellation.

TRAVEL
I live in the city of Calgary, Alberta and am available for travel around Southern Alberta. All sessions include the first 75km of travel. Any additional mileage is $1.25/km.

CANCELLATION
I RESERVE THE RIGHT to cancel an appointment due to negative weather conditions that we believe would, 1) be a danger to the equipment; 2) be a danger to the photographer, including a danger in traveling either or both to and from the site of the location to be photographed; and/or 3) would result in photographs that would not be useful in adequately presenting the subject and location.
If you decide to CANCEL your scheduled booking date for whatever reason, please contact me directly and provide me with 7 DAYS NOTICE.
1) All cancellations made with either less than 7 days of notice or less than 7 days of direct communication, the booking fee deposit (or the amount you paid, whichever is greater) is 50% refundable. No exceptions.
2) All cancellations made with either less than 48 hours of notice or less than 48 hours of direct communication, the booking fee deposit (or the amount you paid, whichever is greater) is non-refundable. No exceptions.
You may RESCHEDULE your appointment within the 7 DAY window to another date that is more convenient for you. There is no cost to do this.
