MAKING THOSE PARTNERSHIPS

Steven Quon February 20, 2019

How we work and connect with horses is very similar to how small businesses form partnerships - both are built on trust, respect and patience. Entrepreneurs are all about networking and making those long term connections. I get asked all the time if I would be open to referring other small businesses and entrepreneurs in the Equestrian world and if so, specifically what kind of businesses would I be looking for?

Well, first let me address if I am interested in referring other small businesses - the answer is a definite and resounding "YES!".

Word of mouth (at least in my opinion) is the best form of advertising and often I will only use specific services through word of mouth and because of this, you can bet that I will only recommend services to others if I would use them myself.

Reputation is everything and I would never refer anybody to someone if I didn't believe in their product or them as an entrepreneur. A certain level of quality (both in terms of the product and the service) and the style in how that product is delivered can never be taken for granted and that is why I have always been such a strong believer in supporting small businesses, especially the local ones.

I am always in an open state of mind, so tell me what you have in mind, I am always hear to listen - PM's work the best. :)
