Stories told in the form of video are told in a completely different way and technique than through photos. Videos are more personal, engaging and emotional.

Video can be used to document the first time you got on a horse or the day you bought your horse. Regardless of what moments you want to document, your story will be touching the hearts of horse lovers around the world.

What You Receive With The Marketing Video Package:

Since every assignment is different with varied objectives and messages, the prices shown can decrease depending on the assignment’s overall goal and the procedure in how the video is filmed.

The more dynamic a video is, more post-editing hours are involved, therefore total cost increases.
The less dynamic a video is, less post-editing hours are involved, therefore cost decreases.

WATCH & SHARE: BASIC

Ideal video length: 6 minutes
Who are they for? Documentaries, sit down interviews, business and entrepreneurial ventures, promo material, memorial videos and more.
2 Full day bookings (20 hours)
First 75km of mileage is included (round trip). *Additional mileage is $1.25/km.*
Preference Changes: Up to 2 hours of post edit time to make any changes of your preference, after your video has been submitted for initial viewing.
Correction Changes (errors): No additional charge.
Additional time needed on site, will be billed at $100 per hour.
Cost: $2149.00 + the cost of storyboarding and post editing time required.

WATCH & SHARE: ADVANCED

Ideal video length: 12 minutes
Who are they for? Documentaries, sit down interviews, short films.
4 Full day bookings (40 hours)
First 75km of mileage is included (round trip). *Additional mileage is $1.25/km.*
Preference Changes: Up to 4 hours of post edit time to make any changes of your preference, after your video has been submitted for initial viewing.
Correction Changes (errors): No additional charge.
Additional time needed on site, will be billed at $100 per hour.
Cost: $3949.00 + the cost of storyboarding and post editing time required.

WATCH & SHARE: EXTREME

Ideal video length: 24 minutes
Who are they for? Documentaries, sit down interviews, short films.
8 Full day bookings (80 hours)
First 75km of mileage is included (round trip). *Additional mileage is $1.25/km.*
Preference Changes: Up to 8 hours of post edit time to make any changes of your preference, after your video has been submitted for initial viewing.
Correction Changes (errors): No additional charge.
Additional time needed on site, will be billed at $100 per hour.
Cost: $7198.00 + the cost of storyboarding and post editing time required.

STORYBOARDING & POST PRODUCTION (REQUIRED)

I will provide a general quote (number of edit hours required) to you in completing your project. 

1-10 HOURS:

Preference Changes: Up to 20 minutes of post edit time to make any changes of your preference, after your video has been submitted for initial viewing. Additional time needed is billed time.
Correction Changes (errors): No additional charge.
Cost: $100 per hour.

11-20 HOURS:

Preference Changes: Up to 40 minutes of post edit time to make any changes of your preference, after your video has been submitted for initial viewing. Additional time needed is billed time.
Correction Changes (errors): No additional charge.
$95.00 per hour.

21 HOURS AND UP:

Preference Changes: Up to 60 minutes of post edit time to make any changes of your preference, after your video has been submitted for initial viewing. Additional time needed is billed time.
Correction Changes (errors): No additional charge.
$90.00 per hour

SOUNDTRACKS

I have access online to a large and diverse collection of soundtracks that are available for purchase. You are responsible for the additional cost of the soundtrack. The total purchase amount will be added onto your final invoice. Prices for soundtracks can range anywhere from $15.00CDN to $100.00CDN. Please contact me for further details.

BOOKING

In order to guarantee your booking for a specific date:
For orders under $500 (including taxes and any additional mileage if it applies), a 100% booking fee deposit (100% of the total quote that I provide you with) is due at time of booking. No exceptions. 
For orders $500 and above (including taxes and any additional mileage), a 50% booking fee deposit (50% of the total quote that I provide you with) is due at time of booking. No exceptions. The remaining 50% is due on the day of your booking.

Payments can be made via Email Money Transfer, PayPal, Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. No cheques.

The purpose of my booking fee is to give me a sense of the number of serious inquiries that I receive and also to cover my time and mileage if I was to drive out to a location and have it be a no-show or a very last minute cancellation.

TRAVEL

I live in the city of Calgary, Alberta and I’m available for travel to literally anywhere in the world (as long as my mileage is paid for). All sessions include the first 75km of travel. Any additional mileage is $1.25/km.

CANCELLATION

I RESERVE THE RIGHT to cancel an appointment due to negative weather conditions that we believe would, 1) be a danger to the equipment; 2) be a danger to the photographer, including a danger in traveling either or both to and from the site of the location to be photographed; and/or 3) would result in photographs that would not be useful in adequately presenting the subject and location.

If you decide to CANCEL your scheduled booking date for whatever reason, please contact me directly and provide me with 7 DAYS NOTICE.
1) All cancellations made with either less than 7 days of notice or less than 7 days of direct communication, the booking fee deposit (or the amount you paid, whichever is greater) is 50% refundable. No exceptions.
2) All cancellations made with either less than 48 hours of notice or less than 48 hours of direct communication, the booking fee deposit (or the amount you paid, whichever is greater) is non-refundable. No exceptions.

You may RESCHEDULE your appointment within the 7 DAY window to another date that is more convenient for you. There is no cost to do this.
