EQUINE PORTRAITURE: CONFORMATION

There are many factors in capturing a horse in it’s best form, all of which have several aspects. Whether you have a horse of a rare breed (or a common one) that you are just looking to show off to the world, or you have a horse that you are wanting to sell, nothing beats having great and accurate pictures to show your horse’s conformation.

This type of photo shoot takes much longer to complete than a standard portraiture photo shoot, hence why more time is required.

What You Receive With The Equine Portraiture, Conformation Package:

•    3 hours, 4 hours or 5 hours of photography time (based on the package you choose)
•    5, 10 or 15 photos (based on the package you choose)
•    Digital copy's (4x6”)

Do you have a horse that you want to show to the world?

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

1) I show up on location 30 minutes prior to each booking. For example, if your booking is for 10:00AM, that means that I will show up at 9:30AM. I do this so that I can scout the location for the best spot(s) for us to work from and it gives me time to settle in. 

2) It is up to YOU to have your horse fully ready (caught, brought in to the barn, cleaned and groomed) and you to be in your full clothing attire before our set time. Your booking time is when we start TAKING PICTURES.

*Any additional time required for getting you and/or your horse ready will be billed at $25.00 per 15 minutes.* No exceptions.*

3) Additional time requested on site, will be billed at $100.00 per hour.

BOOKING

In order to guarantee your booking for a specific date:
For orders under $500 (including taxes and any additional mileage if it applies), a 100% booking fee deposit (100% of the total quote that I provide you with) is due at time of booking. No exceptions. 
For orders $500 and above (including taxes and any additional mileage), a 50% booking fee deposit (50% of the total quote that I provide you with) is due at time of booking. No exceptions. The remaining 50% is due on the day of your booking.

Payments can be made via Email Money Transfer, PayPal, Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. No cheques.

The purpose of my booking fee is to give me a sense of the number of serious inquiries that I receive and also to cover my time and mileage if I was to drive out to a location and have it be a no-show or a very last minute cancellation.

TRAVEL

I live in the city of Calgary, Alberta and I’m available for travel to literally anywhere in the world (as long as my mileage is paid for). All sessions include the first 75km of travel. Any additional mileage is $1.25/km.

CANCELLATION

I RESERVE THE RIGHT to cancel an appointment due to negative weather conditions that we believe would, 1) be a danger to the equipment; 2) be a danger to the photographer, including a danger in traveling either or both to and from the site of the location to be photographed; and/or 3) would result in photographs that would not be useful in adequately presenting the subject and location.

If you decide to CANCEL your scheduled booking date for whatever reason, please contact me directly and provide me with 7 DAYS NOTICE.
1) All cancellations made with either less than 7 days of notice or less than 7 days of direct communication, the booking fee deposit (or the amount you paid, whichever is greater) is 50% refundable. No exceptions.
2) All cancellations made with either less than 48 hours of notice or less than 48 hours of direct communication, the booking fee deposit (or the amount you paid, whichever is greater) is non-refundable. No exceptions.

You may RESCHEDULE your appointment within the 7 DAY window to another date that is more convenient for you. There is no cost to do this.
